I went to Nainital with my spouse. This was my 4th trip to Nainital but 1st after marriage. When you are single you can stay in a normal type hotel also but when travelling with wife you need good clean room with clean bathroom and good service too. I did not make any booking before hand and thought of taking a room after reaching. After seeing almost 10 hotels, I found Krishna had the best room and location. Spent 3 days there, the hotel is clean, serves good food and the service is also good. The manager was gentle enough to extend special price for the last day as I had to stay there only till 7pm. This is the biggest hotel in mukteshwar with beautifull 180 Degree view of Himaliyan Range from your hotel room balcony it self.Hotel has good building, Interiors, Nice spacious big rooms, Good service, Lovely ambience, Small gardens with lovely flowers.Muktesher is the highest peak near Nainital in Kumaon reagion with attractions like Choli Ki Jali, Shiva Temple, Water Fall,( Only in Rainy Season), 360 Degree view of Himaliyan Snow cap Range from peak ( Seen from October to February, and awsome reflection in Full Moon), Jungle Treks and Sunset PointsHotel also offer assistance in local sightseeing an also offer options like Bon Fire, party arrangement in there beautifull gardens. Hotel Directly provides you the full valley view from its rooms and the calm ness and absence of any noise and pollution makes you feel like you are in heavenOnly advice is to book the hotel under all meal inclusive plan as there are no restaurents outside and Menu Prices are exhorbitant.We definitely plan to come back in winters and stay here on Full Moon to see the breathtaking view of Himaliyan Range in night when Snow peaks sparkles in night . We had an opportunity to stay with family at Kausani at Hotel Krishna Mount View Resort which is 75 Kms. away from Almora District in Kumaon Hills. We found landscapping unparalleled and best in class. Amazing food and spacious rooms, mindblowing evenings with campfire in cold makes you attached to the place with magnificent view of Himalyas sunset. Staff is very supportive and caring. February found to be good month to vist. The only issue is no great market place and any sightseeing beyond 5 Kms. Good escape for 3-4 days from maddening city crowd...take care of your woolens. Is recommended for friends and travellers... Room Tip: Just do a prior booking before you travel and the nearby there is a lake near Baijnath where travellers can go with chana and spend some time feeding fishes and see the 11th century temples.
